The concept of the Butovo Mall shopping and entertainment complex was based on the idea that in the coming years it will remain the only object of such scale (more than 130,000 square meters) in this part of the territories attached to Moscow. Accordingly, for all residents of the surrounding areas, both already inhabited and still under construction, it should become the main center of gravity.
